This place is near my home where Emigrant Peak rises above, a single note in the Absaroka mountain range. I was driving around looking for a subject to paint for the Plein Air on the Yellowstone event that takes place in early August each year. The house caught my eye, nestled in trees, grass flattened from haying, and Emigrant Peak in the background. I thought what an interesting pattern of shapes with a faint light in the house. So I present to you "Leave the Light On." Enjoy!
