This is a Plein Air work done in the springtime near Augusta, Montana. I was with the Montana Painters Alliance for one of our semi-annual paint-outs we do in locations across Montana. What a grand time, great weather, and hanging with my fellow artists. The Rocky Mountain Front is an amazing place where the mountains mushroom out of the prairie, spanning several miles north and south. Enjoy!
